No... read the sticky

http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=408961

Component cables only support ATSC standards for TV resolutions meaning 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720p and 1080i

1366 x whatever is not a standard TV resolution... Component cables from any system wont support that.

If you want obscure resolutions the VGA adapter is your best chance.

You only need a VGA cable if you intend on playing 360 on a PC monitor.  Otherwise, it says Component input... use Component.

just because a TV has a display size of 1360x768 doesn't mean that is what the input resolution has to be.

Actually MOST TVs with not standard displays are incapable of accepting a non-standard resolution, even if it perfect matches the natural display resolution!

you simply need to use the input types that the TV can accecpt...

it's not rocket science, F*CK it isn't even monkey science.

Please dont bash me for asking this...but what is the advantage to using a VGA cable for the 360? I have a 17in computer moniter (1280x1024) so what would that get me rez wise for the 360? I guess im just kind of confused why everyone loves the VGA so much..?
