DOWNS:
Lots and lots of Spot Challenges
No Custom Soundtracks
Not much variety (especially in Nail The Trick)
Same tricks (what happened to Create-A-Trick)
Graffiti Mode is STILL gay
Only 2-player multiplayer offline
Though real, environments look like Fuzion Frenzy (with the specific goals to do in the area too, lot like FF)

to me its more like
ups:
nail the trick
mocap-ed tricks
hd graphics
bailing and bone breaking
no loading

downs:
poor ass level design
no create-a-modes
shitty character customization
gay story and goals (they should change it back to like thaw, thug, and thug2)
annoying rooftop goals that are hard to even find
chalk challenges need to be more specific and show where to do it
no retro levels (like thaw had a thps 1 level and the thug games had some other too)
its gotten much harder than the last games

There was not much I did not like, but the new stats system takes a little getting use to.

I don't like the placement of the focus button on the left thumb stick.  I hit it accidentally a lot.
