Maybe I'm crazy... or drunk... (both are feasible) but doesn't this pic look like the Halo 1 beach mission?

 

Just funny to me.  The only reason I remember it so well is that "Warthog Highjump" video someone did.  Anyway, this looks great!

Those xboxyde shots clearly demonstrate what I meant, as they are direct frame buffer grabs with no BS editing

Game lacks any and all AA at this stage but at least I dont have to whip out the sharpening filter to actually see behind the blur  

Though funnily enough, the JPG compression has filtered out the film grain effect in some of the screens (only some left in the soldiers back etc).
