Changing The Liscense Plates

Is there any way to change the liscense plates?  I saw in Car Stats it lists "Liscense Plate   PGR 3."  I was wondering why this would be listed if there wasn't a way to change it and if there is a way of doing it, it's very hidden.

Why would you want to change something so not worth while anyway? Its a driving simulator game. Not Need For Speed -lol-

If you cant change anything else on the car then no point with the plate. Plus you hardly see the plate anyway and if you are using the 1st person view mode then no point at all  tongue.gif
