Another Stuck In Prey Thread

Is it just me, or does this game glitch, ALOT?   I am at the very end of Hidden Agenda, I killed the robots thing, and I read on a walkthrough that a blue portal should open, I do not have any blue portal.  I have no idea wtf is going on.  Anybody having the same issue?
