when the game gives you the Internet codes after you beat the game, go to the website join then enter them then it will give you codes to enter in the game to unlock things

I havent beat the game but i already got a code, i went to the website, registered but i didnt see a place to enter the codes?

Is there anything unlockable worth getting? I have beat the game, but don't recall anything about the internet. Won't bother unless it's worth it.
