Its corrupted. Sorry bud.  sad.gif Theres nothing you can do. It could happen if you turned your xbox off when it was saving. Or remove the memory card or HDD.

it can also happen if you have auto-sign in enabled and left your disc in the drive last time you shutdown.

That happened to me. I wasn't too far in the game, but i still havent gotten back to playing it agian. lol
