Madden 2006 X360....
« on: December 16, 2005, 05:24:00 AM »

sad.gif I've played this game at least 10 times and I really don't like it, far too many options were removed to make it a launch title, not to mention it's GLITCHY, the Only game I've had to return due to Freezing on Every 360 I've put it in (3)... But now I have sealed NIB copy sooo, what should I return it for? Or can someone find any redeeming quality in the Game other than the Graphics, because this is not what I call football in 2005, too many options missing that were available on older systems.... Anyway I'm thinking COD2 but I'm a little leary with all the so called bugs... (Corrupt saves, Janky Online, etc.) I have PDZ, RR6 and Madden, I like the other 2 but I feel Madden is just too sloppy. I suppose I could just wait for DOA4, Comments, Suggestions. Thx.

Well, this bard is filled with our opinions of the games.  I think it would be best to look it up.  I played Madden at a friends house, and I don't think I would ever waste my money on it.

DOA4 will be excellent.  Everyone knows it.  I don't care what game I receive as a present this year, it will be xchanged for DOA

If you have a pet, have them poop on it, take pics, and return it. Post the pic for all to see, and email it to EA. Bastard company.

My bother and I have this game and we enjoyed it for the first season. I'm currently attempting to finish the season go to the playoffs win the Superbowl, and then simulate the remaining 30 seasons to get the additional 400 Gamerpoints and then I will return it.

I'm normally an NCCA Football guy but this is the only football available for the 360 and it's worth renting but not keeping after you play a whole season.

EA doesn't deserve your hard earned money.  Remember this, maybe visual concepts would have a badass football game for the 360 right now if 'someone' hadn't bought out the NFL License.

^^yea no kiddin there. I need a NFL game so I got it and the more I play it and get a feel for it the more I like it. I have had 0 problems with it on two different 360s. Overall the gameplay isnt near as good as ESPN 2k5 but the graphics are great and its fun when you get into it(play 20-30 games)

thanx for the input but this Garbage ass Game is going back, I don't have the patience to make this Rushed to Market Port enjoyable, the only redeeming quality are the graphics.

Its a very easy game to get all 1000 gamerpoints out of so unlock all the point s and then sell it. Fun to play with friends though. I got it in a bundle (had no choice) and decided to keep it.

I Hate the game i mean they got it all wrong ...if anyone noticed yet when you go online they try to be realistic by removing injured players but fail to remove mcnabb and terell owens what garbage and to top it all off you cant challenge a play..and there is many other flaws in the game..the fumbles when the player was down or the fumbles when you QB arm was moving forward is just horrible.

The thing that makes the expirience even worse is when you are the defender and you hit the QB just as he releases the ball and they always call it a late hit for 15 yards. I really dont recomend this game. EA will only add to this horrible game like in the past they should start all over again and get better gamer feedback IMO.

BTW I bought 2k6 b-ball and something weird happen when the game came on a 2k sports logo came on and it shows all there sport lineups and there was a football player there..i really hope they make some form of football game they are my only hope in playing some good football for a change 2k5 rulled.
