Will Pay To Kill Green Eye

I have been trying to kill Green Eye for a week now and he won't die.  I have taken out all "green blobs" on his sides and head but he just won't die.  The VS is having problems with "freezing" up on me also, and of cource when that happens I get my ass kicked to kingdom come!!  So I will pay anyone to kill him for me, really!!!!
