wow i feel like im playing the very first game of tomb raider which i love and its just a demo...

graphics - from waterfall to swimmin in the water and to the cave lighthing and lara getting wet...rock formation and shadowing is just amazing..its a big jump next generation i think..

sounds - if you have surround sound use it... its crazy ambient music and sound effects makes you feel like your in her world

gameplay - if you love the first two..... then you'll love this game...solving puzzles and the jumpin lara is back in my opinion..lots of moves and action but then again its just the demo

review of demo - overall it was a great experience made me feel like i never left the series..the bad guys could get use of a little more AI in em but im not complainin bout that..its the adventure and landscapes that captured me...

thats my two cents.. imma pick this up over battlefield 2 still....and far cry...hahahhahaaaa

Im glad they kept the gun battles short and sweet and simple, the last thing we need is a TR that centers around gun battles.

I love the binocs! and the vertical jump up while already hanging!

very polished for a demo, she's definitely back!

I just realized something...

some members were only 4 or 5 years old when the TR craze started     And to think they missed out on such a great 3 year run!

I'll never forget playing the one on DC for 20 minutes and realizing it was crap and returning it, my Lara had faded away into Oblivion(ahem).

The graphics aren't that hot but then again thats not what made me fall in love with the first 2 tomb raiders  and controlling the camera got kinda annoying but other than that this game is a definite pickup. The gameplay makes me feel all warm and quizy on the inside. This is exactly what I was hoping for and eidos delivered. Also, I'm listening to the music at the start screen and I feel like I'm about to embark on the greatest adventure of my life.

agreed, this game will be fun to play.. i like the PoP series alot, and old school tomb raider... so this is perfect, not the greatest graphics, but good enough to keep me playing...

i think you gotta hold the left shoulder button (not trigger) then press & hold jump forward, same with flip handstand when climbing. shit 100% sure though cos at work now, but done it few time last nite.
