(gow 2) Out Of Any Map

I know the basics, unload a clip take cover switch guns switch back stand up and hit RT and B. But I cant jump on the barrier and dont know what to do after that.  PLEASE HELP

if you are trying to cheat in multiplayer you are not going to get much help here.
