I agree!

The best i found to be is 480p or 720p ... anything higher is just too tiny! <

is there a way to make the fonts larger, or does a whole new skin need to be created for us running xbmc in HD 1080 or 720?

props to XBMC developers, i am loving this player right now.

Bump

The fonts in this resolution are tiny to the point that is unreadable.
Can we use a larger font in just this resolution some how and preserve the font size in the other resolutions?

Replace the fonts in the skin folder with bigger ones.  Just name them the same as the old ones and it should work fine.  You can rename them if you wish, you'll just have to change all the <font> references in the .xml files.

Yes but what will the other resolutions look like with the larger font.  I have a 4:3 TV that can do Hi Def with no signal going to the top or bottom where the bars are on standard def in 16:9.  So if I change the font will my 480p fonts become so big that they overlap or go off the visible screen?

I think what is need is a font set specific to HD resolution or can the same fonts for 720P be used with 1080i

Or maybe in the source they can implement some sort of ratio of
font : resolution
