Yeah I've had this as well. My 360 has never locked up except 2 or 3 times in the last week or two when playing FN3 on live.  It's never happened in any other game, it's never happened offline and it's only ever happened in the lobby.

Personally I don't really care as long as it continues to only happen in the lobby, it only takes a few seconds to restart and get back there.  Seems like it's almost certainly a software bug anyway so it might well get fixed at some point.
