Getting Busy Bonus Pack

I am having a bit of an issue... I tried downloading the Getting Busy Bonus Pack and the download finished awfully fast, and when I try to download it again it just goes from 1% to Complete, and it doesn't list Getting Busy under the Downloaded Content menu of Crackdown

Also, it doesn't show up in my list (HDD contents) at all...

Any help is greatly appreciated.
