Started downloading this during my lunchbreak.  Anyone know if it's any good?

No clue on the RR demo, but if you create a US account you can download it now.

during your lunchbreak... i wish i had a 360 at my work.  regarding the content of the game, it's fun if you like burnout.  i bought it when it came out so not sure what's in the demo but if it is anything like the full version i recommend it smile.gif

The silence around this demo is ear piercing when you think of what kind of BS Full Auto went through with people screaming "last gen graphics!", or even how PGR3 was slammed for only so and so res, jaggies and only 30fps.

Frankly at SD this burnout revenge demo looks astonishingly last-gen. Much more so than NFSMW that is also a last-gen port at heart. I wasnt expecting much after seeing the bloom overkill in the trailers but the real game was a surprise with its overly dark, burnt through bloom effects that try to hide the low poly maps that they didnt see the need to remodel just for the 360 (understandable since map design, texturing, placement and optimizing it afterwards is one of the biggest workloads in any project).

Boo on Full Auto haters and their double standards. And I slammed and still will slam Full Auto for the framerate problems but imo it looks quite a bit better with specular highlights in roads, normal mapping aplenty, proper AA at HD etc etc next gen attempts.
