How To Super Starts In Burnout

hey, when i play burnout on xbox live i always get blown away at the starts. is there someway to get a super start at the beginning??

I think it works like the old Burnout games, where you tap the gas, then quickly tap the brake and then hold down the gas, seems to work for me. Not sure how it works in crash mode though, It only seems to work some of the times. But in races, works every time. You can tell its working when you see your tires start spinning and smoking during the count down.
