Assasins Creed Brotherhood Doesn´t Work ---need Help

Hay folk,
i need your help. my problem is this:

 i have updated my xbox 360 last week and i cant play assasins creed brotherhood, because my dashboard is "13599". So the retailer has told me, that i must have a new patch for the game and than i have to patch it with abgx...
so i want to ask , when the patch came out?
