To the person who said unreal engine 3 games run better on PS3 please show your facts.
To the guy who said that Assassin's Creed is being ported from 360 to PS3 that's wrong, cos at first it was a Ps3 exclusive so it was ported from the PS3 to the 360, so stop talking Bullshit, and if it runs better on the 360 then the PS3 then it will once again show that 360 games don't just run better cos they where made with the 360 in mind first...

Oh and to the guy who said "Ubisoft and Tom Clancy have a tendecy of making games better on the xbox 1, 2 platform." that's cos with the Xbox it was alot more powerful then the PS2, but then ye PS fanboys wouldn't know that would ye?..
And if a game runs better from ubisoft on the 360 its not their fault blame sony for making a console that's so hard to make games for.

Since the game was first made for the PS3 and later ported to the 360 I would say without a doubt it will look better on the PS3.

I have both the PS3 and 360 and I will be getting it for the 360 for the achievement points.

im just gonna take a quick guess and assume the 360 version will run better, just like most crossplatform games.

It's already been reported that the 360 version will have better AI.

No game should ever be 100% identical multi-platform.  If the dev's are being cheap and porting code over with a wrapper class, hurting performance, then you have a right to complain.

This shouldn't be news to anyone, so expect differences in all multi-platform games and realise that all of the versions will have great next-gen material on each platform.  The gameplay and storyline are the backbone of any game, the sweet graphics are an added bonus that should not be mocked.  The last thing you want to do is piss off the dev's for making a non-exclusive game.  Fanboys will be fanboys, no need to give them more data to speculate and create false rumors with.

I believe that both games will run very similarly. That is to say, they will both be broken, glitchy unpolished messes.

wth? Where the hell did you get that? That doesn't make any sense. The raw processing power of the PS3 is more powerful, it can have better AI... I do understand that sometimes the 360 can have better graphics, but better AI? No chance. Usually, multi-platform game are very similar in terms of AI.

80% of Assassins creed buyers will be the 360 version...

20% (if that) will be the ps3 ppl...

Im from a *small* area, and almost everyone has a 360 around here (1 outta 3 have a 360)

out of all the people i know in the area, there are maybe....5-10 ps3's (yes very vague in my assumption) and those ppl with ps3's ALSO have 360's so...

Oh comon how the hell do you work that out? Because of your *small* area overall the vast majority of sales for that game will be for 360?..pleaassse

This isn't correct.
Ubisoft announced a game called "Project Assasin" at X05 for X360. A few months later, "Project Assasin" disappeared and "Assasins Creed" for PS3 showed up. Apparently Ubisoft and Sony were negotiating about it being a timed exclusive, like with "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" in Europe. They either couldn't agree or MS paid more money than Sony.

360 has more raw power actually... those spu thingies are not fit for general processing. l2study?
it's been said many times that cell is almost more of an attempt to merge gpu and cpu...
