It would be much better if you shot more bullets/whatever it is out because 1 bullet per second is to little.

It's good. something to get me through lectures instead of using 3d games that make my notebook's fan sound like a hairdryer.

Thats pretty nifty and with some more work it could be made into an almost direct clone, and goes to show a fast PC can run at least some of the effects on software + gpu overlay succesfully. Though geowars has several times the amount of particles flying around than I managed to get with a couple minutes of playing this.

Also, is this some Japanese guys sorry attempt to undermine the X360 even further by cloning its arcade games for free download? As if they havent proven their point already with their effin boycott, they have to rub it in with this kind of crap.

Samurai Mastah seeks ultimatah VICTORLY!

edit: No just some russian vodka drinking USA-hater. Ok ok I exaggerate everything.

Agreed. This Geometry wars ripoff is nowhere near as good as Halo 2!

Anyhoo, this game sucks.  It is too different to be a clone, but too close to the original to be considered unique.

god, the game is in development.  it has made significant improvements from the first versions.  just give it time, it will be very comparable.

also, it can be played on a p3 1ghz with a gf2 ultra.  averages around 35 - 48fps which i found to be fine for that game.

Thats right, its in development, and it still sucks at this stage. Whoever made this should have waited until it was good before it was realeased.

its more like the retro geo wars with the evolved graphical style

they still need some powerups, enemy variation, music, scrolling screen to get up there with geo wars evo

other than that, its a pretty impressive little program
