Incredibles RotU does not work either.
I called support they said re-installthe patch (impossible to do as you can't u-install it), they said that the list is a list of games that WILL be not are, and they said to just wait till another patch comes out.
Doeas anyone have either of those 2 games they could try out on theres and tell me if its mine or a global thing?

I just got off the phone with a support agent apparently Incredibles is not on the XBOx360 support BC list. Either was Casino. So it turns out that there are games on the websote that are not BC, but on the list to be. Just a warning to you all before buying BC games. rent first and try!!! I am now sitting on 70 in used/new games waiting for patches. Sure i have 360 games to play, but thats not the point if they aren't BC then don't put them on the webbsote. Thanks for scr3wing me M$ft
