Need Help Networking With Xbox Live

My current setup is this. Am I able to connect to xbox live in this manner?

Xbox_______Router 1_________PC_________USB wireless adapter------------Router 2_________Modem

where ________ is a wired connection and ----------- is a wireless connection.

Before, I had my Xbox connected to my PC directly with the ethernet cable that came with the xbox 360 and ICS was working, but I don't have the cable anymore. Am I able to use Router 1 to connect the Xbox and PC and use ICS? Currently, I'm having trouble connecting to the DNS server.
