hey guys.

I have followed about 20 different faqs on how to do this, with no luck.

I have set the home network card to 192.168.1.206
360 ip 192.168.1.200

If left on auto and a media test is performed on xbox it won't connect, which should be the case.

manually configured it connects but fails pc, ie says the pc doesn't have sharing etc..

I have messed around with a few different options.

This morning after updating my network card drivers windows media center finally comes up with a 360 detected do you want to add this extender.

i follow the prompts but when it comes to search for extender it fails.

In a vein attempt I have turned off all firewalls and still the same issue.

suggestions, apart from hitting it with a hammer, which i'm pretty close to doing?
