Control 360 Via Usb/serial Port Of Computer?

I was wondering if there was/is/anyone wants to work on development of a driver/program set of tools that basically emulates the usb port/serial port of your computer into a 360 controller.  Basically, the computer would be told what button to push via some kind of GUI, and output it through the emulating driver and into a 360 usb port.  The reason i ask is because im interested in controlling a 360 remotely to perform functions while in a NOC environment that i cannot be present for.
