Wireless To Wireless Network Bridge?

Hello,
I'd like to set up a wireless network bridge between my Xbox 360 and PC. I was wondering about the possibility  
of using the 360's ad-hoc feature, but I wasn't sure. Basically, I would want it like this:

360 Wireless Adapter > WUSB54G > Wireless Router

I need this because of range issues.

I have the wusb54g and what you're saying probably won't work because I'm mostly positive the wusb54g isn't able to repeat a signal from one location to another.
