Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel

i was cleaning out my closet when i discovered that i still had a SideWinder Precision Racing Wheel for the pc.  it has a USB connection but when i connect it to the xbox 360, it doesnt work.  is there an option that i have to enable or a driver?? that i need,
