I took a 3 pin pc fan from my old pc which had a 3 speed setting which is now a 2 speed setting(high and low) and to turn it off. But i cut the one end off a usb cable and rewired it to the fan and got it working when i plug it in to the xbox 360. unfortunitly i dont have any pics at the moment(gay cell phone) will try to get them up for you all to see...then if you all want a tutorial ill make one
