0022 With Stock Nand

I tried to glitch my falcon console with matrix glitcher v2 but i can't get in xell. So, i desolder all wires and flash the stock nand. Now i get 3 red lights after 30sec with secondary error 0022.
Also the fans change speed up and down every 5 sec, but i have stock nand!! Where is the problem?
