Cygnos V2 Stopped Working

I've redone all the solder points, and the Toolbox does detect switching between 360 and Cygnos, I can read and program the Cygnos chip, update the firmware as well, ut if I try to do the 360 NAND, read or write I get the 0xAD7B error.
