13604 Jtag Dash Media Center Extender Will Not Work

So I updated my dash to 13604 with 360 multibuilder with and without the dashlaunch updates and on both types the Media Center Extender functionality will not work.  The key code it gives me isn't valid.

Its a Falcon Motherboard

Anyone know the answer to this little dilemma?
