How Does One Use The Op. Projectx App

I have operation projectx (AKA  XboxRSACracker) installed properly, and I have the newest version of it.  I cannot for the life of me find any type of tutorial or site to explain how to use it.  When I launch the app I get a blue screen that lasts for ever.  I'm really not sure what the app even suppose to do.  Any help would be appriciated.
