Dvdx V2 And Xbox With Hdtv Av Pack

What resolution is DVDX able to do with the AV Pack.  Does it do 480p, is there anyway to make it a higher resultion like 1080i or 720p???  I heard there was some kind of patch out there but can't find it anywhere.....
