Ok i have an elite, and when i play games the console freezes.(usually in main menu of games) I can stay at the dashboard and play arcade games all day with no problems though. Something to do with drive or just the fact that arcade games arent exactly pushing the console to its limits lol.

 I have one more thing to add which you guys already know but...  My friend and i's elites are manufactured a couple days apart yet his has a heatsink coming of the GPU with a heatpipe. Myne is just like the old 360's. WTF is that about.
