hi there.  i heard of this utility called 'fatxplorer'.  it is not free though.  it can read all versions of hdd from xbox 360.  give it a try though.

Of course you need partition 3, 360 info resides there. Bong is saying create partition 2, so xplorer360 can see the "whole" drive.

hi Beaps, i got some questions for you.  is the 160gb hdd original or is it made using a WD hdd?  did you format the hdd inside the xbox 360 console?

oh Beaps, from what i know, xbox 360 got the following hdd :- 20GB, 60GB, 120GB and 250GB.  do they have a 160GB?  i do not know of that....

just swapped it with the 20gb, went into the system blade and formated it using the console serial number
