just use
CON Flag Remover to remove flags from ur gamertag or saves
then use
Xbox 360 Hash Block Calculator - to re-hash put it bak to ur memory unit or hard drive and u should be good to go.

i also tried this, but the strange thing., i had 4 profiles on mh hdd, i used conflag on all three and used hash block calculator etc. But all profiles where visible on my xbox except my main profile

no matter what i did i coudnt get it back. When i went online and wanted to recover my gamer tag it gave the error that my hard drive was full. While i had at least 7gb free space. So formated the hdd and recovered. all my saves ar gone but got my profile back.
