So I have 2 systems now

1 = Banned  (running 5.2 FW) for playing backups

2 = Not Banned (Original FW) for playing on Live

My question is this.  
I would like to use the same Hard Drive for both Systems and swap them back and forth so that when I play on my Live box I have my save games available, settings, Friends List and Gamer score (Hard Drive is from the Banned Box).  Is this OK to do, do I run a risk of getign banned on my Live box because of any information on the Hard Drive from the banned box? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif)

I have a second Hard drive that goes with the Live box if this is an issue but would really prefer to use the one from the banned box for the reasons stated above.

Any info or advice is greatly apreciated.

you will be fine to use the one hard drive. no information (like logs) are stored on the HDD that will get you a ban

Im kinda in the same boat. I have 2 Xbox360's and one HD. One is banned and one isnt. I downloaded some RockBand songs on the non-banned 360, and I want to play them on my banned 360, but the content doesn't show up on the banned 360. Any suggestions?

Purchased content (well, most downloaded content for that matter) is locked to the console it was first downloaded to, or it should work if you were to sign on with the profile that you purchased it with but since you cannot get on live, I think you are out of luck.
