Xecuter Bios Error Codes

I keep getting errors while trying to boot dash from CD in order to format a new HDD.

Error 13 - Dashboard could not be launched
- or -
Error 21 - Generic, unspecified error

it cant find a dash, because it cant read your cd.

h3inrich is correct, just FYI there is a list of error codes on xbox-scene tutorials page. But of course you looked at that before you asked your question like the rules say. There is a more descriptive list of the codes here.
