Unfortunately there was a bug in the IGR code found in build 4978.02, leading to non-booting games.
We fixed this now in build 4978.03 so finally please enjoy a fully working x2 4978 bios.

Changes 4978.2->4978.3:
- Fixed IGR function which made 4978.2 hang on game startup
- Tested on pro & lite with evoX and a couple of games
- Maybe drink less coffee next time before releasing :-p

I just cant live without IGR...

IGR is also working on the 03 release without the extra file installed in E. wink.gif

Is that what "Fixed IGR Function" meant, wow, would have never guessed.  Esp. since this was on the ftp by 11:20, and I had already flashed, and tried out the new bios before posting.

dont be a cock all your life . Tomorrow is Sunday award yourself a day off tongue.gif

now back to business :

Support Apps
------------

Nghtshd (as expected) has released a tool for you to change the IP configuration to suit your own.
(Update: This may not work with 4978.02 due to new compression algorithms - however we will work with nghtshd
for support on a new version)

http://home.alltel.net/nghtshd/x2cfg.html

You should also check out his excellent XB Tool app

http://home.alltel.net/nghtshd/xbtool.html

Has anyone tried these tools yet to see if indeed they do work with the newer versions ?
