Can Xbox Play Pc Games

Hey I'm new to all this windows on xbox thing but does anyone know of any tuturials that would explain it all? Also is it possible to play games like unreal tournament 2004 on xbox?

windows does not even run the xbox except for under linux emulation. So no there is no way to play windows games on the xbox at an acceptible rate
