Any Pc Rippers That Can Use Acl Files?

I have only the retail HDD right now in xbox, so it's easier to rip direct to PC, which means I can't use ACL, as far as I can tell. Is there any programs that use ACL files on PC once the files are there? I can do most things manually I see, like simple deletions, but then there are other things I see, like replacing it with another file with same name?! and I don't know what to do in that instance.
