I really hope someone does get this ported well.  Even though the some might consider it "just another FPS" I had always thought it was more suited for console/joypad controls.  Especially when using the Alien (best part of the game).  Besides it looks like playing the Jaguar version on Xbox isn't ever going to happen, and this would be much nicer!

I "AGREE" with the guybird i mean come on peeps everyone that i know would DONATE paypal to get this done! i know im one of those peeps LMAO!!! so please some one with uber mad skillz if you do this for us ALL OF US ill make you a custom version of halo one with ANY PC MAP out on the on haloœ™ ANY map pack you want ill do !! AND it will run PERFECTLY on your xbox™

Who knows.  Maybe if you are nice to A600 and send him stuff: e.g. beer, sisters, girlfriends, first born etc, anything could happen.  That guy has done so many ports lately, it makes Los Angeles look pathetic.

No, really.  He has discussed porting Wargus, which is an open-source engine that is its own game, as well as supporting the data files from Warcraft and Starcraft.

err i was under the impression wargus could only do warcraft 2...not warcraft or starcraft.

At the moment it can only do Warcraft 2.  There's extremely long term plans to eventually support Warcraft and Starcraft, but I'm sure Xbox720 will be out by then (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)  That's why I was wondering about what enderandrew was saying.
