I think a simple Half-Life 1 engine port to the Xbox would be awesome. That way we could take homebrew Half-Life mods and official Valve games like Counter-Strike 1.6 and Day of Defeat and play them on the Xbox. Of course the user would need keyboard/mouse to Xbox adapters because it would be craptastic to play Counter-Strike with just a Xbox gamepad

Half life source hasnt been reasled which means no game.

The source code for the .dlls was released but not the source code for the main .exe
Not to be confused with Half Life Source which is HL1 redone. the source code wasn't released for half life source as far as I know. But the original HL might be ported if we had the source for the .exe <

you guys seem to have forgot that theres was at one time a port of halflife to the xbox
it WAS Leaked ive been trying four 2 years to track down a leaked copy but nothing so far unfortanetly it was also unfinished so who knows what bugs well run into if we do find it <

i dont think an xbox version of halflife was leaked im pretty sure your thinking of the dreamcast version that was leaked sorry bud. <

it was leaked candie corpse and i have the dc version it roxxor but i wish they would have just realeased it ibstead of saying oh well we cant <
