hey guys...i have a k8v se deluxe motherboard with the via chipset
i boot up fine with the flash drive, then select A to "extract original firmware and patch it" , then power the xbox 360 on, hit any key to continue and i see this on the screen.......

Nothing happens after that.......what should I do, am I doing anything wrong?
can i turn the xbox360 off?

mine flashed ok, and dunno if this helps you but it didnt look like it had detected a dvd drive it just gave me the option of which sata port to flash ie. nforcce3a master or nforce3a slave, knew id put the drive on sata 1 so i pressed for master, worked fine

Is the latest flasher v1.4?  that's what I saw in the XBox folder in xbins with the newest modified date.  I have the Sammy drive and all the tuts are on the older versions.  I have two Asus a8n-sli deluxe and a8n32-sli deluxe mb's which I am not going to use.  I also have an intel system with asus p5n-e sli with nfroce4 chipset.  Am I safe using this board(nforce4) or should I just get the VIA card?  any suggestions as which tut would be best for me?  Thanks for all the helps i can get in advance, great works....
