We usually ask people to never give others their nand, cpu key, key vault etc...
Because it's the way baddies will unban their console and sooner or later turn the victim's console into a banned one too.

So...

To everyone :

Never give out your nand, cpu key, keyvault (can be obtained with nand and cpu key). That's all.

He wants it to create a CON resigner and mod halo 3, he admited it on other websites SO PLEASE DO NOT give him a Dump of your Nand and other hackers please don't help them with their research. We really dont need more halo 3 mods..
