Existing Xtreme Backups To Nme

Is there a process for converting already burned xtreme backups to nme v2 compatible backups? Or do I have to recreate the ISO from the original?

Any guides available?

What I do is make an image with either Nero or Image Burn, patch it with the NME software from there site, and reburn. It's a pain but I haven't had one backup fail yet. Hope that helps.
