Installing on NME v2 on and Elite system [MFR: 30OCT07] ---

Problem is: the "X" point shown on the UNDER|DOG site shows a different board then mine.  Anyone have any suggestions on how I could find the point "X"is supposed to connect to?

Rock on!     (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Just wondering if you have to do something different for burning back ups?  Or is it the same process and chip just works !

Also, the chip comes with a white (almost looks like something could connect to it), do you know what that is used for?

And how do u upgrade these, once updates are ready?

Thanks

u have to use the patcher from the nme site to patch the image before u burn it.

the connecter thing on the chip is what i believe they use to program the chip with code while they are making it.

and i believe it will be upgradeable by disc much like the wiikey mod

Correct.  Exact same burn method as nme 1.1/1.2
I use XBC, SS Merge, ImgBurn process - works great.  I highly doubt that we end-user will ever be updating the chip using the port -- but i suppose it's possible.   (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
