All 360 Mod Chip (good Or Not)

I just notice recently that websites are now selling this ALL 360 mod chip,
From what i've noticed this chip is vary familar to the globe 360 (such as dual firmware mod,plug and play,etc.)
I also noticed that the ALL 360 has the exact same solder points as the globe 360 for both samsung and lg.
FROM what I can tell this chip is a cheap 25$ dollar globe 360 off brand. But, the only problem i noticed on the ALL 360 is that it doesnt have a socketed programmable firmware chip on the board like the globe 360.

                         CAN I please get some info from some people that have used this chip?
Or INFO from anyone who knows this chip better than me ,so we can let everyone on this forum know more about it, considering I can't get enough information on this chip and the producers don't have their own website?
