Trying To Update Via Nand-x

I'm running 15574. I bought GTA V and I know I need to update and my xbox has been sitting unused for months. I plugged up my nand-x and and everything. I updated J-runner to beta 0.3 and I can't read my nand for some reason. I've reinstalled nand-x drivers. Any ideas? Also I'm kind of lost on where I can get the new dash files for XEbuild. Shows just how long I haven't messed with my RGH. It does boot and play forza 4 and other games old enough just fine.

Theres a way to do it with software now, I'm pretty sure you can flash directly to your 360  without plugging anything up but a thumb drive. Just google around youll find it. I remember seeing a tut on realmodscene I think Don't quote me on that one. I wish It was easier to find this stuff on x-s like it used to be.
