Hacked Dash And Fsd3.x Won't Load But Fsd2.x Does

I have a falcon that glitches consistently after a couple of seconds however won't load the hacked Microsoft dash.  I can load fsd2.x off of the Xbox hd or a USB one...

I've hacked a bunch of different versions from 14719 to 16203 for this falcon and they all let me boot into fsd2.x fine but no Microsoft dash OR fsd3.x....

When it try's to load microsofts it spins the circle after booting through the white initial screen then beeps and freezes and on the older dashes it give me a error about a crash happening and it just gets in a loop of that error

As for the fsd3.x version it load to the yellow and blue circle then beeps and freezes...

Tried making the bin's with jrunner and autogg

Kinda at a loss right now
