Correct Way To Disable Tx Coolrunner Rev C In A Dual Nand Xd Card Setu

Ive seen some diagrams that switch off coolrunner by cutting ground etc > http://www.xboxhacke...p?topic=17584.0 and http://forums.xbox-s...hp/t740873.html

 But as the master Tiros commented "Do you disable the cpld by switching only its power?
Its a bad idea to leave an unpowered device connected to active signals."

So do you need a modified jed ALSO in addition to cutting power/GND to Coolrunner  IF so then does one exist for a Falcon RGH2 as I can only seem to find a modified jed for a Trinity.
