your making this way too complicated....

download JRUNNER

run it and choose to download latest dash files for 16203

load your nand dump and enter your CPU key

create hacked image with same RGH version as before (1 or 2)

app will create an updflash.bin place this on a usb pen

put usb pen into console whilst turned off then power the console on with the eject button.

XELL will load and update your NAND.

power off when done remove usb and power up again, your dash is updated.

download the latest official m$ update and place onto usb, update console to restore avatars etc

drive will NOT be flashed to stock dont worry

then install latest dashlaunch and FSD3.

done!
